Part-time Bubble Tea Shop Associate - Saskatoon, Canada - CHIT CHA

Description

We are a fast-paced bubble tea shop looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Bubble Tea Shop Associate.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving bubble tea, maintaining the cleanliness of the shop, and managing inventory.

• Greet customers as they enter the shop and provide a warm and friendly welcome.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Prepare and serve bubble tea, smoothies, work in the kitchen, able to use Deedfryer for fast food and other beverages in a timely manner.
• Follow recipes and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent quality and taste.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the shop at all times, including equipment, workstations, and seating areas.
• Keep inventory of supplies and ingredients and restock as needed.
• Handle cash transactions and reconcile sales at the end of each shift.
• Work independently during slow periods and as part of a team during busy periods.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or food service role.
• Ability to work independently and multitask effectively in a fastpaced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and standard operating procedures.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.

• Saskatoon, SK: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
