SUMMARY OF THE ROLE Branch Manager**
Working in Sarnia, Ontario

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Foster a culture of safety, quality, and customer service excellence among branch staff.
  • Lead and manage all branch operations, including personnel management, budgeting, scheduling, and equipment maintenance.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve branch growth objectives and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance, including financial metrics, operational KPIs, and market trends.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, collective agreements, safety standards, and company policies.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role within the crane rental and heavy lifting or construction industry
  • Proven track record of successfully managing branch operations and achieving business targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Solid understanding of crane rental and heavy lifting operations, equipment, and industry best practices considered an asset
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant discipline considered an asset
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
  • English, fluent proficiency verbal and written
