• To understand the processes required by the organization, design and document those processes, including writing the necessary business requirements, communicate the same to system architects and developers, work handinhand with the development team, test and approve developed systems for implementation, and support users post implementation.

• Works closely with business leaders and experts to develop an understanding of, and document business requirements and business processes
• Elicits requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and workflow analysis
• Assumes a first line advisory role with internal and external stakeholders on projects related to their field of expertise
• Adds to the effectiveness of business processes by developing correct tools, policies and practices
• 5 years of Business Analyst experience
• Should have a basic understanding of sales and operations functions
• Must be well versed with MS office, SQL, Visio or similar
• Experience with Salesforce is an asset
• CBAP or similar certification is a plus

• Base Salary of CAD 85K 105K per year + Bonus
