Our team works their magic in the Yama shop to transform mear cargo vans into elevated off-grid, off-road adventure vehicles.

We are currently looking to add a Cabinet Maker & CNC Operator to our team This is a unique position for a cabinet maker who has strong attention to detail and obsessively high standards of quality .

As a cabinet maker at Yama Vans, you do much more than build wooden boxes.

You are involved in every aspect of constructing and finishing our vans, including:

Building complex cabinetry from high quality materials
Operating and maintaining a CNC router
Building and installing custom tables, shelves, various other projects
2+ years of cabinet making, joinery, or fine woodworking experience
~ Basic understanding of CNC programming and operation
~ Professional CNC experience is an asset, but not required
~ Exceptionally high standards of quality
~ Experience in van building or boat building is an asset, but not required
~ 3rd and 4th year apprentices are encouraged to apply.


Job Type:
Full-time

00 per hour
No less than 40 per week, Monday-Friday
Supplemental overtime pay
On-site parking

~ Calgary, AB T2H 0N3:
reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
