Description du poste A bit of context**:
After developing Myle in the provinces of Quebec & British Columbia, we are now preparing our launch in Ontario's market


We have already garnered keen interest from numerous clinics for our pilot project and we are looking for other pioneers in this adventure.

These "pilot" clinics will play an essential role. They will use and test Myle during the product adaptation phase.

Their feedback will be invaluable in identifying areas for improvement and, if necessary, developing new features tailored to their specific needs.


Thus, we are looking for our next Regional Sales Manager, who will take the lead to shape the future of healthcare in the Ontario region.


About your job


As a Regional Sales Manager in Ontario's province, you will be involved in defining and executing the sales strategy and tactics to achieve and surpass the territory objectives and be responsible for business development.

Your role will bring you to work in collaboration with multiple stakeholders while growing, coaching, supporting, and managing a professional sales team.

You will deploy all necessary initiatives to ensure the sales team's performance.

Under Kassandra, the National Sales & Marketing Director, you will join a multidisciplinary team whose mandate is to drive sales within an exciting and fast-growing company.


Main Responsibilities

1) Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Defining and executing the sales strategy and tactics to achieve and surpass the territory objectives.
  • Business development and public relations relevant to the sales performance of his territory.

2) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Monitoring:

  • Identifying and monitoring KPIs to achieve objectives (ROI, LTV\CAC, Inbound generation, win rates, etc.).
3) Collaborate closely with;

  • The Product Management and Marketing teams to ensure sales team performance.
  • The Regional Managers to ensure the excellence of the Canadian Sales team.
  • Manuel (Sales & Marketing Operations Specialist), and Laurie (New Markets Sales Specialists).

4) Team Management and Development:

  • Managing and assessing the performance of the sales team.
  • Participating in the recruitment, training, and mentoring of the sales team members.
  • Responsible for planning the professional development of the sales team members.
  • Supporting the account executives in strategic negotiations and deals.

Qualifications Contribute to our team with your strengths**:

  • University degree in business administration, communications, other related disciplines or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years experience of SaaS sales.
  • 5+ years experience in managing a sales team and recruiting members.
  • Market watch (trends, monitoring, news, and articles) as well as metrics intelligence (objective conversion) experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership and entrepreneurial skills in leading the professional development of sales professionals and the growth of MEDFAR.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, negotiate, solve complex problems and communicate with all stakeholders.
  • Ability to support and motivate the sales team in exceeding objectives.
  • Advanced communication skills in English (both oral and written).
  • Professional communication skills in French (asset).
  • Health Industry experience (asset).

Informations supplémentaires Working conditions**- As part of this role, travel to various locations is needed, including those with limited public transportation options. Therefore, a valid driver's license and access to a car is important.
