:Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes for the Canadian subsidiary, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all financial information.
- Provide financial insight and guidance to the Canadian subsidiary's leadership team, helping to drive the business forward and achieve strategic goals.
- Lead and develop the Canadian finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Manage the revenue cycle process to ensure timely billings and cash receipts, and maximise liquidity.
- Develop and maintain financial models and analysis to support business decisions, identify trends, and measure performance against key metrics.
- Provide leadership and guidance to other functions within the local organization, driving crossfunctional collaboration and alignment.
- Partner with the US parent company to ensure alignment of financial strategy and execution.
- Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, including the preparation of financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and IFRS standards.
- Ensure compliance with all local and international accounting regulations, including tax, audit, and reporting requirements.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex financial issues.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to influence decisionmaking at all levels of the organization.

- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Ability to act as a change agent, driving improvements in control and efficiency enhancements.
- Selfstarter capable of working independently and able to reliably meet deadlines.
- Ability to balance multiple tasks with changing priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field and CPA or other relevant professional certification.
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience with a strong FP&A background.
- Audio Visual or Construction industry experience
- Experience in interpreting and managing Work in Process (WIP) reports.
- French comprehension is desirable
- Experience working in a multinational and/or complex matrix business environment.
