Our Facility started in British Colombia and now expands internationally including facilities in Ontario Canada, Houston Texas, China and Pakistan.

We are Looking to add an individual to our manufacturing team in Brantford, in our mat making department running our automated mat making machines.

Previous machine operating experience & Forklift experience is mandatory

12 Hour Continental Shift Days & Nights 7am7pm/7pm7am
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Unloading and Loading Finished product
Meet high demand production targets
Identify Quality Concerns quickly and effectively
Uphold absenteeism rate below 3.5%
Good understanding of pneumatics and hydraulics
Good technical skills. Ie; Understanding of VFDS & Servos. How they communicate and measure distance & speed
Good Mechanical Skills for small repairs
Previous machine operating & Forklift experience is mandatory
A Team Player who constructively contributes to a positive environment
Problem solving skills
Positive Attitude
Follow all health and safety guidelines and protocols
Preform other work related duties as assigned
Maintain high standards of organization and cleanliness
Accurately and legibly fill out production paperwork and downtime tracking
Report damaged or malfunctioning equipment to supervisors and or maintenance staff immediately
