As part of our Shared Services group, comprised of Finance, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Commercial, Legal and Facilities, we support the business achieve their goals through a range of strong technical capabilities.

As a Technical SAP SuccessFactors LMS Lead, you are passionate about providing positive learning environment through world-class learning technology that contributes to Hatch's People Development vision of bringing out the best leader in us all.


  • Manage the operations of our Hatch award winning Learning system and tools (e.g., LMS, virtual classroom, authoring tools, etc.) ensuring the LMS administration team is using the functionality effectively to ensure the integrity of our learning data and globally drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • Work with the People Development Content Manager to manage the daily operational activities and ongoing maintenance of the SAP SuccessFactors Learning module through our regional LMS administration team
  • Partner with HRIS/IT teams to plan and maintain an environment that provides a seamless learning experience across all regions
  • Partner with key stakeholders to develop and recommend roadmap items and strategy
  • Define auditing practices and quality standards to ensure the optimization of data that supports reporting needs
  • Lead upgrades associated with our Global Learning Systems to help identify and deploy new functionality to further support and improve learning experience across all regions
  • Assist business stakeholders in achieving a sustained, error free technology environment, by proactively identifying risks and working with technology partners to develop and implement risk mitigation plans to reestablish stability
  • Provide excellent customer service by troubleshooting and resolving errors to meet our agreed upon service level agreements
  • Provide expertise on training metrics to evaluate the efficacy of our learning solutions and inform design
  • Research and manage relationships with external learning content vendors, monitor their effectiveness and utilization
  • Research innovation and best practices in learning technology
  • Identify opportunities for innovation, experimentation, continuous improvement and collaboration to meet business needs, simplify work, improve the experience for our employees
  • Build hightrust relationships with employees in People Development, HR, Operations, and the various business units we support
  • Support various projects related to learning and development as required

You bring to the role:


  • 5+ years' experience with HR/Learning technologies such as learning management systems (LMS), online ticketing systems, virtual collaboration tools and digital learning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate)
  • Certified SAP SuccessFactors Learning SME
  • PMP Certification is an asset
