Job summary
We are expanding our Services Customer Success team to achieve customer goals such as boosting Customer Lifetime Value, increasing renewals and adoption, reducing support tickets, improving product feedback, building advocacy for B2B marketing, and generating qualified sales leads.Responsibilities
- Customer engagement: Engage with stakeholders to study the viability of proposed solutions and understand cyber threats in financial and payment sectors.
- Growing the business: Leverage Mastercard Services' offerings to achieve customer goals and realize value propositions of Mastercard products.
- Technical & Program Readiness: Translate complex technical capabilities into effective solutions that address customer needs in a clear and customer-centric manner.
