    The Field ServiceTechnician is responsible providing excellentcustomer service while servicing customer equipment. As a ServiceTechnician, you will record the service request, successfullyservice equipment and follow up with our customers on maintenanceor concerns.

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform planned and preventative maintenanceon company product lines and competitive equipment.
    • Complete customer service break down calls and repairs asscheduled
    • Prepare new equipment forinstallation and in-service
    • Maintain customerrecords and profiles
    • Prepare and completecustomer work orders, warranty claims and parts orders
    • Build and maintain our good relationship with ourcustomers, sales staff and management
    • Solvemechanical, and electrical problems utilizing, electronic, andpaper service manuals and manufacturers technical supportpersonnel
    • Actively foster key customerrelationships and realize future growth potential

    Requirements:

    • Have a mechanical / electrical, or automotivebackground,
    • Self-starter who takesinitiative and maintains excellent follow-through andfollow-up
    • Strong organizationalskills
    • Effective communication and customerservice skills
    • Strong computerskills
    • Ability to work effectively insituations that involve change and/or competing demands
    • Perform well in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficient handling of all confidential andtime-sensitive material
    • Ability to stay withinbudget on expenditures
    • Performs other relatedduties as required and assigned
    • Possess avalid driver's license and clean driving record
    • Travel may be required as needed
    • Some overtime maybe required
