YOU are a coach, athlete, and player. You have in depth knowledge of the products we carry because you play in the arenas, courts, and fields of these sports. Your Responsibilities:

Responsible for creating an environment that delivers an brilliant customer experience
Creating a culture that provides an exceptional employee experience
Uphold, foster and live our core values
Connecting the store with the local community
Investing in and building a high performing team

Operations:

Managing operational expectations at a high level to:
Maximize productivity
Achieve profitability
Safeguard our employees and customers
Protect company assets
Follow the Team Town Sports play book and systems as part of the program

What you offer:

years of senior retail management experience, in a comparable volume store

Excellent communication skills; able to communicate effectively at all levels
Superior product knowledge, analytical and communication skills
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train team to achieve desired outcomes
Strong sense of urgency in dealing with business and staff needs
