About the role:

The SAP SuccessFactors Expert brings HR business process knowledge with proficiency and experience in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors solutions. The person will work closely with HR Business, delivering changes, training, and system fixes.-
More specifically, you will be tasked with:

  • Configure SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Recruitment, Performance) and/or SAP ECC Time Management or Payroll to meet specific business requirements.
  • Deliver reporting and enhance standard SAP or SF functionality.
  • Stay up to date on the latest SuccessFactors features and functionalities, recommending enhancements for continuous improvement.
  • Provide ongoing support to HR personnel and managers on using SuccessFactors effectively.
  • Develop and deliver training materials to facilitate user adoption and proficiency.
  • Troubleshoot user issues and resolve system problems efficiently.

Skills:


  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration or Information Techologies.
  • Proven experience (minimum of 5 years) configuring and administering SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g Employee Central, Payroll, Recruitment, Time Management).
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills and processoriented mindset.
  • Effective communication, presentation and training skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification a plus.

Languages:
French and English (proficiency required)
