Regional Enablement Coach - Creditor Capability
What is the opportunity?
What will you do?
- Help with Client Loyalty and Enabling Digital Enablement
- Embed and sustain initiatives in the context of Mortgage Advice Experience
- Build coaching capability in delivering multichannel client access, exceptional client experience (Top Box), and advice that is meaningful, memorable, and timely
- Support and build capability Manager, Mortgage Specialist and Mortgage Specialist to Creditor Virtual Excellence and Creditor Insurance Business
- Maximize Customer Contacts
- Support Mortgage Specialist, and Creditor Insurance business
- Advance adoption of practice management routines in enhancing sales planning, and determining key areas of focus
- Attracting, Growing and Deepening Client Relationships
- Advance Sales Leader/managers' ability to drive teams to acquire new clients to RBC Canadian Banking and to generate referral business back to the branch network to reduce singleservice clientele.
- MS business key "coaching the coach" with a focus on:
- Grow business results with balanced focus on unit productivity and dollar volumes
- Price business and collect fees while maintaining a balance of sales results, portfolio performance and profitability, and relationship building
- Working as a Team and Growing through One RBC
- Advance Market Leaders and Sales Managers effectiveness in practice management, market management, sales management, and coaching practices
- Provide prioritized diagnostic support on market management, sales management, and coaching practices
- Engage Employees and Developing Talent
- Build confidence, capability, and proficiency of full team, including oneself, for today and tomorrow
- Enable Region and Market Leaders optimize capacity through prioritized regional and in market capability building focus and support
What do you need to succeed?
- Strong Credit and Lynx Experience
- Strong business and organizational knowledge, planning and implementing capabilities with a knowledge/experience across Personal and Commercial Banking within the market/s supported, including sales management, and direct sales.
- Excellent written and oral communication ability and strong impact and influence competencies.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience sales/management skills Personal and Commercial Banking.
- Strong understanding with acquisition sales force.
- Proven experience in both 1:1 coaching, team coaching, and experience coaching salespeople and enabling sales managers.
