As a Specialist TIS Project Manager, your primary accountability is to manage the Enbridge Gas Distribution and Storage (GDS) Retail Program, delivering the program within the constraints of scope, schedule, cost and quality.
The role will manage all phases of the program from inception through completion, act as the prime for project/program activities, working with stakeholders to implement solutions that meet business needs and expectations.
What you will do:
- Plan, schedule, and manage IT workstream activities for IT Development & Support, Interface Development, Technical Infrastructure & Performance, and Data Cleansing & Conversion
- Identify key resources and provide the direction required in order to meet defined objectives.
- Manage required deliverables for the IT workstreams.
- Integrate with other workstreams to support the endtoend business solution.
- Create and manage project plans for each of the subprojects.
- Analyze risk, establish contingency plans, and identify trigger events and responsibilities for initiating mitigating action.
- Liaise with identified stakeholders, per the Project Communication Plan
- Attend project meetings as requested by the Program Manager/Delivery Leads/BRMs
- Identify impacts to the plan, scope, or resourcing and create Change Requests as required.
- Complete assigned work within timeline, cost and quality expectations Support testing, training, and implementation phases
Who you are:
- Bachelor's degree /diploma in business, computer science or a related discipline or equivalent years of work experience
- Minimum 6 years of program and project management experience with a proven track record of delivering projects involving complex integrations,
- ERP work experience is preferred.
- SAP knowledge and work experience is preferred.
- Good project financial management skills
- Process driven able to determine root cause of issues and recommend solutions.
- Effectively manage concurrent initiatives and conflicting priorities
