Description

Duties:

  • Collect and enter data into databases and maintain accurate records
  • Perform basic mathematical calculations to ensure data accuracy
  • Organize and maintain files, both physical and electronic, ensuring easy retrieval of information
  • Assist with order entry and processing tasks as needed
  • Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents
  • Transcribe information from various sources accurately

Skills:


  • Proficient in data collection and entry techniques
  • Strong understanding of basic mathematical concepts
  • Experience working with Excel functions
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with office equipment such as computers, printers, scanners, etc.
  • Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Types:

Salary:
$20.00-$22.00 per hour
