IT Student - Cybersecurity

Temporary

HOURS OF WORK:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the management and tracking of IT hardware, software, and other technology assets.
  • Support the IT team in inventory control processes to ensure accuracy and availability of assets.
  • Help in documenting IT processes and maintaining uptodate records of IT assets.
  • Participate in the deployment and retrieval of IT equipment for new and existing employees.
  • Provide administrative support to IT projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Work alongside the helpdesk team to provide firstlevel technical support to endusers, resolving issues related to software, hardware, and networking.
  • Log and track user issues and resolutions in the helpdesk system, ensuring a high level of service.

KEY SKILLS

  • Currently enrolled in an Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic understanding of IT hardware and software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Detailoriented with a keen eye for accuracy in data management.

SALARY:
$22.08/hour
