- Audit architectural sets (floor plans, elevations, sections) against a global playbook.
- Ensure kitchen workflows, customer “path to purchase,” and seating layouts meet brand efficiency standards.
- Verify that proposed FF&E and finishes comply with durability and aesthetic requirements.
