We provide top quality millwork and interior finishes for retail, commercial, restaurant, hospitality, industrial and multi-unit residential projects.

We are currently looking for a Project Administrator to join our dynamic team


Duties and responsibilities:


The Project Administrator position reports to the Director of Operations, assisting with a variety of responsibilities, including project start-up, project coordination, change order administration, sub-contractor administration, invoicing, and project close-out.

Duties for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Planning and coordinating a variety of details for assigned projects under the guidance and mentorship of our Project Management team
  • Liaising between clients, the estimating department, and all members of our project management team
  • Distribution and tracking of shop drawing reviews and approvals, assisting with change order requests, and ensuring project timelines and milestones are met
  • Maintaining the internal project file structure
  • Attending weekly production meetings and assisting with onsite reviews
  • Managing and maintaining customer control sample requirements and process
  • Assisting with subcontractor and vendor relationships, ensuring proper insurance, contracts, and health and safety requirements are uptodate

Skills Required:


  • Post-Secondary diploma/degree in Construction Management or a related field is an asset but not required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work and focus on multiple projects in a fastpaced environment with an upbeat attitude
  • Dynamic and exceptional communication skills, with the ability to maintain positive relations with peers, clients and internal resources
  • Organized, selfdisciplined, and capable of evaluating the weekly workload and obtaining cooperation from other departments
  • Ability to thrive independently and take initiative
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Ability to read and understand shop drawings/blueprints is an asset
