Role and Responsibilities:
As a Sales Administrator at Trillium Sales Group, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team by ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service
Your responsibilities will include:

Order Processing: Efficiently process sales orders, ensuring accuracy, and managing timely fulfillment of customer requests.

Sales Support: Collaborating with the sales team to prepare quotes, presentations, and sales materials for client meetings.

Database Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system, tracking interactions, orders, and account details.

Purchasing: Coordinating with suppliers, ensuring product availability for timely deliveries, purchasing and following order through until completion.

Administrative Tasks: Assisting with general administrative duties, including data entry, file management, and maintaining organized sales documentation.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales administration, customer service, or related roles is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and independently with mínimal supervision.
- A customercentric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Schedule appointments with clients
- Provide general support to clients as needed
- Create invoices for clients as needed
- Provide general support to vendors as needed
- Coordinate with the design team on projects
- Maintain all files, including electronic files, print files, electronic files, etc. in an organized manner
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned by management
Experience
- 12 years of customer service experience (preferred)
- Experience working in a small company environment (preferred)
- Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.)(preferred)
- Proficient in Adobe Acrobat Pro (preferred)
Pay:
$22.00-$24.00 per hour

Experience:
- Front desk: 2 years (preferred)
