Position
As an
Account Executive, you will be working closely with the company founder on service accounts. You will be responsible for
identifying and qualifying new leads while maintaining high-value relationships with our customers. You will be accountable for proactively leading customers through every phase of their customer journey with Innorobix.


This role is pivotal in driving the success of Innorobix by achieving business outcomes through the strategic management of key accounts.

Responsibilities

Lead Generation

  • Proactively identify and qualify leads within large global manufacturers with diverse, engineering heaving, complex needs.
  • Conduct market research that includes the understanding of large global manufacturers and segmenting various criteria to target relevant prospects.
  • Identify organizational structure and key decisions makers, budget allocation, pain points, and engineering requirements.
  • Conduct sales discovery with potential customers by building strong relationships and understanding their needs and pain points to create targeting outreach campaigns
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospects. This includes effectively communicating the value proposition of our software, PLC, SCADA, and MES solutions, addressing customer needs and pain points, and showcasing how our offerings can meet their specific requirements.
  • Identify and nurture new opportunities for expansion in existing customers.

Relationship & Account Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Plant Managers and Engineering Managers. You will be responsible for building rapport with prospects, understanding their business challenges, and positioning our solutions as the ideal fit.
  • Build a strong community of customer advocates that can be leveraged through customer references, testimonials, and case studies.
  • Maintain detailed records of your interactions, conversations, and progress with each prospect. Regularly report to the leadership and sales team on the status of relationships, potential opportunities, and challenges.
  • Ensure customer readiness for key Innorobix milestones, conducting quarterly business reviews and serving as the main point of escalation for any issues.
  • Work with Innorobix leadership and the customers to identify and prioritize a roadmap of future projects.
  • Assist customers in realizing the full value of having Innorobix as their solution partner through the achievement and measurement of business outcomes
