Description
To be successful in this role you must have:

  • A strong work ethic & ability to work alone and in teams
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to take on new tasks
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and oral)
  • Computer skills (including Apple products and software)
  • Experience using scheduling software for new and existing clients
  • Outstanding customer service skills and ability to solve problems
  • At least 2 years of work experience
  • Excellent time management, interpersonal and communication
  • Plumbing/mechanical experience is a plus

Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Maintain company database, follow up and ensure all information is up to date
  • Schedule customer inquiries, scheduling appointments for staff
  • Assemble project folders & maintain project databases for tracking
  • Source pricing information from suppliers & subcontractors for quote preparation
  • Maintain filing and storage systems/cataloging via electronic & hardcopy
  • Prepare quarterly inspection reports including quotes for repairs
  • Coordinate job kick offs at the office
  • Contact clients to provide pricing information and coordinate repairs

Salary:
$22.00-$28.00 per hour
