Description

As a Warehouse Manager, you will manage all inbound and outbound freight on our cross dock; auditing, documenting, and planning freight in the warehouse and our system; managing warehouse operations and staff; working with our Operations team to ensure a functioning and safe warehouse.

Warehouse is of high volume LTL Freight.

Biiibo is a fast-growing start-up and market leader in the on-demand delivery service for construction materials and supplies space. Since our launch in early 2020, our team has grown from 10 employees to 100 in less than a year With proven success in the industry and no runway, we are growing exponentially and we're looking for driven challenge-seekers to join our team

What is Expected_**- Managing warehouse operations, warehouse employees and equipment

Controlling cross docks, ensure trailers are loaded/unloaded in an appropriate amount of time
Create, organize and manage all documentation for freight and drivers
Coordinating with all operations team to ensure the arrival/departure of freight, prepare for the following days, ensure all freight in warehouse is accounted for
Work with operations to improve processes, revenue and company culture
Operating department within a budget
Plan, review and manage warehouse employees, health & safety operations and reduce damages in freight
Coordinating with Dispatch team for drivers departure/return time to prepare freight to be loaded and warehouse space prepared
Audit freight on warehouse floor, ensure CBSA freight meets storing requirements, audit freight status in system
Managing all inbound and outbound LTL freight.

_ Do You Have What It Takes?_

Aside from a positive can-do attitude, you'll need:

5 Years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor in a cross dock environment with strong
inventory management experience.
2 Years of LTL Freight Management
Forklift license, CPR & First aid certification, WHMIS, Other safety certification is an asset.
Strong operational mindset and work ethic
Tech Savvy skills
Post-Secondary education is an asset
5 Years of experience with Forklift Operations
