Responsibilities

• Operate and care for construction equipment and machines
• Prepare construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards.
• Load or unload construction materials.
• Remove, fill, or compact earth.
• Assist craft workers
• Perform site cleanup.
• Restore landscaping to its original state.
• A willingness to learn, demonstrated initiative, ability to make decisions based on sound judgment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb, bend, dig, etc.
• Follow instructions from supervisors.
• Comply with all company policies and regulations

Qualifications

• Must be a Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or have a work permit to work in Canada
• Must have valid G license with clean abstract and own transportation
• Ability to maintain a high level of physicality for prolonged periods and working primarily standing
• Experience working in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Interpersonal skills are essential, as working as a team is vital to maintaining an organized warehouse
• Ability to problem solve quickly and prioritize daily tasks according to their importance
