Waring House Restaurant and Inn are seeking servers and bartenders to offer food and beverage service to customers in our various dining settings which include a pub, dining room, banquet hall, and seasonal patios.

Work alongside a group of very pleasant and professional servers and bussers in attractive surroundings and offer customers food you can be proud to serve.

Live music is enjoyed 5 nights a week. The front-of-house/back-of-house relations are very favorable to a harmonious working environment.

We are hiring for Pub and Dining staff in all positions. Morning, Day and Evening staff are required and there is flexibility in shifts available.

Regular and special seasonal events are offered throughout the year. Weddings, special events and corporate events all add to service hours throughout the year.

If a person has no prior experience in service they can train on the job as a busser and work their way up to a service position.

Experienced servers are taught the point of sale system and are required to familiarize themselves with the menu and beverage offerings.

Some wine and beverage knowledge is an asset.

Waring House standard of service includes following all health protocols as outlined by the local health unit.

All staff are expected to treat their customers and coworkers with dignity, respect and follow outlined practices for diversity and inclusion.

Safe food handling guidelines and sanitation procedures are mandatory.

Jobs such as vacuuming, cleaning and sanitation, cutlery and glassware polishing are expected to be shared by all.

All servers and bartenders are required to have their updated Smart Serve
