Description
We are seeking 2 highly motivated Hugarian & English Bilingual Customer Service Representatives for one of our eCommerce seller.
Key Responsibilities:
— Responding to customer inquiries via inbound/outbound phone, email, live chat, WhatsApp and/or Viber.
— Handling correspondence from customers requesting product information, payment options, checkout support, shipment information, and inventory information.
— Providing prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
— Ensuring customer satisfaction by exceeding their expectations.
— Escalating customer issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
— Updating and maintaining customer records in our CRM system.
— Monitoring and tracking customer feedback and complaints to identify trends and improve our services.
Qualifications and Requirements:
— Fluent in both Hugarian and English languages (written and spoken).
— Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Customer Service — Representative or other relevant role.
— Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
— Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
— Strong problem-solving skills.
— Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Nice to Have:
— Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software.
— Experience in eCommerce or online retail is an added advantage.
— Sales experience is preferred
Working Shift:
Our client want to cover 9 am to 9 pm CET Monday to Sunday, so we wish our agents can accept turn shifts. Each agents request to work 12 hours per day, max 4 days per week ( one day work and the next day off )
