Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical sales and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for assisting customers with quotes and orders, working closely with vendors and the warehouse team to ensure timely delivery of orders, and collaborating with account managers and technical teams to provide premier customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in quoting and ordering parts correctly; quote follow-up, troubleshoot any product issues by phone or email;
• Work collaboratively with vendors, customers, and the warehouse team to facilitate prompt order delivery;
• Collaborate closely with Account Managers, Projects Group staff, and Technical Team members to ensure premier customer experience is provided;
