Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and observations
Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations

Minimum of 1 year of experience working in an early childhood education setting
Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
Familiarity with computer operations and ability to utilize computerized systems for record keeping
Previous experience in childcare or special education is a plus
Strong time management and organizational skills
Leadership abilities to effectively guide and motivate students
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to create an engaging classroom environment that promotes learning and creativity
