'''Duties'''- Plan and implement ageappropriate activities and curriculum for children in the early childhood setting
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child's developmental needs
- Monitor and assess children's progress and communicate with parents or guardians regularly
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and positive learning environment
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and observations
- Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in an early childhood education setting
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
- Familiarity with computer operations and ability to utilize computerized systems for record keeping
- Previous experience in childcare or special education is a plus
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Leadership abilities to effectively guide and motivate students
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to create an engaging classroom environment that promotes learning and creativity
