Description
We are looking to hire an experienced site supervisor.


Main joib duties would include:

  • Read blueprints and drawings to convey to workers where insulation needs to be installed
  • Assign specific duties to workers for multiple job sites
  • Follow and maintain all site safety rules and regulations amongst all workers
  • Create, compile and evaluate all worker performance reports.
  • Be able to resolve employee grievances efficiently.
  • Requisition or order the required material
Experience
2-3 years minimum work experience as a supervisor in construction industry


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$48,000.00-$60,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Vancouver, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
