Your role:
We need you for:
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware incidents and requests sent to the service desk (phone, chat, web portal, etc.);
- Support users both locally and abroad in a multicultural environment;
- Set up and assist users with videoconferencing, telecommunications and mobile technology (MS Teams meeting rooms, phones, cell phones, iOS, Android, tablets, etc.);
- Physically install, move, modify and remove various IT equipment (PCs, laptops, printers, barcode scanners Intermec/Symbol, etc.);
- Create, modify and adjust accounts and access security (Windows, Citrix, SharePoint, FTP, etc.);
- Support a heterogeneous multidomain environment with both PCs and Macs.
- You hold a college or university degree in computer science;
- You have at least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position;
- You have the ability to remain calm but reactive in case of unexpected situations;
- You have a good sense of priorities and are focused on continuous improvement;
- You own strong knowledge of Microsoft products such as Windows 10 and Office 365;
- You have knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, SCCM or SharePoint (assets);
- You have a natural propensity for cooperation and teamwork;
- You are fluent in English and French, spoken and written.
