- Review the patients, health and medical history and determine their goals for treatment.
- Assist in the Orthodontists examination, entering data and listening to the conversation between patient and doctor taking appropriate notes in the patient's chart.
- Videos, power-point, pictures, etc.).
- Close the sale, by working with the patient and/or responsible party to design financial payment plans that work for them and help our patients attain the beautiful smile they've always wanted.
- Act as a liaison between the doctor and any other dental specialists or general practitioner.
- Complete monthly reports on key performance metrics.
- 2+ years of Dental or Ortho office experience considered an asset.
- Previous experience working in professional sales considered an asset.
- Experience as a Treatment Coordinator is considered an asset.
- Good with computers, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Knowledge and experience with dental treatment plans and insurance requirements preferred.
- Certified Dental Assistant an asset.
