Responsibilities:


  • Manage daily operations, encompassing food safety, preparation, and overall restaurant management, in alignment with IHOP's established protocols.
  • Uphold cost control measures by monitoring portion control, minimizing wastage, and upholding standards of food preparation and presentation.
  • Establish, enforce, and adhere to sanitation standards and procedures, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for both guests and staff, while staying compliant with legal regulations.
  • Demonstrate effective conflict resolution skills by promptly and adeptly addressing and resolving guest complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Lead by example in delivering superior service, setting the bar for exceptional customer interactions, and consistently exceeding guest expectations.
  • Oversee all aspects of employee management, including recruitment, training, scheduling, coaching, and performance management, aligned with company guidelines.
  • Drive positive and sustainable sales growth, surpassing company objectives across all profit and loss categories.
  • Create a positive work atmosphere by providing regular and constructive feedback to team members, fostering their professional growth within the organization.
  • Conduct thorough galley line checks throughout shifts, ensuring adherence to precise standards for weights, temperatures, cleanliness, and organizational guidelines.
  • Play a pivotal role in the selection and onboarding of new employees, conducting comprehensive orientations to ensure a seamless integration into the IHOP team.
  • Maintain accurate and timely completion of all essential reports and paperwork, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ensure flawless execution of food production, following prescribed company recipes and preparation checklists, guaranteeing consistently exceptional culinary offerings.
  • Prioritize the safety of both staff and guests, proactively mitigating potential risks and creating a secure environment through effective protocols.

Job Requirements:


  • 35 Years fullservice restaurant.
  • Leadership and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and Holidays.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, organization, and problemsolving skills.
  • Knowledge of industry standards on food storage and handling techniques is highly desirable.
  • Ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during stressful and/or busy times.
