    We seek a Clinic Client Service Coordinator (Clinic CSC)
    Full time, permanent
    Monday - Friday 8am – 4pm, some weekends required
    Dundas, Ontario location
    May 2024 Start Date

    The Clinic Client Service Coordinator, under the direction of the immediate Supervisor, completes day to day clinic patient support, reception and office tasks as required.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Greet patients, providing a friendly welcoming atmosphere
    Handle patient inquiries in a professional manner
    Answer phone calls, schedule and bill patient appointments, schedule nursing staff
    Assist patient check-in/check-out of treatment rooms
    Keep treatment rooms clean, adhering to IPAC guidelines
    Maintain patient records, EHR and paper- including archive practices
    Assist with basic vital signs
    Assist with ordering/ maintain inventory of medical/clinical/office supplies
    Perform general administrative tasks-filing, faxing, scanning documents
    Collaborate with our funders
    Collaborate with clinical nurses on-site, assist with clinician schedules.
    Strong organizational skills
    Participate in ongoing internal and/or external continuing education activities.
    Adhere to Bayshore Policies and Procedures.
    Participate in quality activities and continuous improvement initiatives in keeping with the company's Quality Management System.
    Participates in proactive Health & Safety activities while performing all duties. Is responsible to notify immediate Supervisor of any Health & Safety risks or concerns.
    Maintains confidentiality of client and corporate information and discusses same only with appropriate Bayshore personnel.
    Complete other tasks as requested.

    Job Qualification

    Education
    Minimum - Secondary School Diploma; completion of medical office assistant, clerical or receptionist training program is preferred.

    Experience
    A minimum of two years recent experience as a Medical Office Assistant, Receptionist or other related role is an asset.

    Other Skills and Abilities
    Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team; demonstrated ability and competency with respect to keyboarding, Windows software, multi-line telephone systems and standard office equipment; ability to speak, read and write English fluently as well as French in Branch Offices that provide service to French-speaking clients; strong commitment to continual learning.
