As an ED FED Project Coordinator, you will:

Support the ED FED PMs on existing and upcoming project works;
Collaborate with external project team members such as Client/Owner, Architects, Designers, and Trade Partners;
Prepare and coordinate RFQ/RFP documents;
Coordinate with Vendors and Suppliers to source product furniture and medical equipment options, develop specifications, budget pricing, and meet procurement timelines;
Plan and execute procurement activities between User Groups and potential vendors;
Track project goals and deliverables, and report on monthly progress to the PMs; and,
Facilitate weekly and/or monthly FED Team, Stakeholder and User Group meetings as required.

Is this role right for you? Are you...?

A selfstarter, resourceful and detailoriented;
Educated in Biomedical, Nursing, Engineering and/or a similar field (all considered an asset);
Skilled in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access and Project;
Able to independently represent the ED FED Team while exhibiting EllisDon core values;
A champion of learning and process improvement;
Entrepreneurial and willing to strive towards better project management processes within ED FED;
Willing to complete security clearances (as required by Clients); and,
Organized and able to (re) prioritize tasks as needed with confidence.
