Fortin's Supply, Machine Shop and Home Hardware is a family owned business that has been part of the community since 1946.

Fortin's currently has stores in Chilliwack, Vedder, Abbotsford and Hope.

We are seeking enthusiastic individual to fill a Full-time Administrative Manager position our team.


The Administrative Manager is the primary for:

  • Managing Accounting Team of up to 6 people
  • Monitoring AR, AP, KPI's, Financial Statements, Payroll, and budgets
  • Help with various HR tasks
  • Improving office processes
  • Other tasks to be determined depending on persons personality, knowledge and work experience.
  • Assist President and Vice President with various tasks

Required Skills and Qualifications;

  • Ability to work in fastpaced environments
  • Understanding of accounting team tasks (AR, AP, Payroll, Financials)
  • Experience in managing a team and project management skills
  • Excellent problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with team members at all levels
  • Exemplary computer skills and software knowledge


  • Microsoft Office

  • Word and Excel
  • ADP work force now experience would be an asset but not necessary
  • 2+ years of Business Admin studies
