POSITION SUMMARY**:

Do you have a passion for customer service and hold a valid Ontario Security Guard license? We are seeking individuals to join us as Security Guard for high-end condominium site in North YOrk.

_Three years of a condominium experience is required_, along with commitment to excellence and a desire to be part of a team of elite security professionals.

‪POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**:

Provide access control to the condominium
Conduct routine interior and exterior foot patrols of the facility grounds
Monitor CCTV and conduct investigations as required
Ensure that the facility's safety and emergency procedures are followed in response to site emergencies
Undertake sitespecific training and follow the direction and guidance of the Site Supervisor
Demonstrate judgment, common sense and decisionmaking ability, particularly when required to take charge in emergencies or other incidents
Effectively operate security equipment/systems, computers, radios, phones
Maintain meticulous recordkeeping and report writing

‪POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

_Three years of Condominium Security Experience is a must

_:

Excellent Customer Service, English language & communication abilities
Must be comfortable walking, standing, patrolling
A Valid Ontario Security Guard License is required
Eligibility to work fulltime, legally in Canada without restrictions (Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident, Work Permit only)
