Physiotherapists play a crucial part in providing assessment, treatment planning and implementation, program planning, consultation, equipment prescription and education to clients and/or their caregivers.
Operating within a client-centered approach and as an essential member of our interdisciplinary team, you make a substantial contribution to promote functional independence and enable clients to achieve and maintain optimal health outcomes.
In this position the Physiotherapist works in a variety of community settings including Home Health, Transition Team at Royal Inland Hospital and rural coverage as needed.
The Physiotherapist supports seniors and others in accessing and navigating home and community care and chronic disease management services and provides care management support in the home assisting with interventions.
