Your main responsibilities as a service technician:
Installation of electronic scales on heavy machinery;
Installation of cameras with artificial intelligence;
Installation of pedestrian and object detection systems;
Proposing solutions to the customer;
Activation of wireless solutions connected to the cloud;
Calibration, maintenance and preventive maintenance;
Training for operators and programming our systems.
What does success look like?
In 6 months:
You'll be much more than a technician in training. You'll have completed installations with your colleagues that are not only learning experiences and
success
stories. You'll have immersed yourself in our products, installing and maintaining them independently.
Deadlines will not be a constraint, but an opportunity to demonstrate your mastery of electromechanics and your commitment to excellence.
Your interactions with our customers will be a chance to let your professionalism shine through your ability to listen attentively and offer effective solutions.
In 12 months:
You will have developed technical expertise in our products, enabling you to solve complex problems and optimize equipment performance. You'll lead improvement projects aimed at optimizing service department and product processes. You'll be recognized by customers and colleagues as a professional and committed to company values. You'll be able to take part in some special off-the-beaten-track missions
Skills & abilities:
A professional diploma in electromechanics or equivalent experience;
2-5 year(s) experience as an on-road technician;
Excellent electromechanical skills;
Excellent customer service;
Demonstrate an interest in technology and innovation;
Ability to read technical information;
You are bilingual (English & French).
Requirements:
Driver's license with good driving record;
Valid passport.
