Location:
Coquitlam

Schedule:
Monday to Friday (8 am to 12:00 pm)

Your Job Scope:

Clean building common areas such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, gym, pool areas, saunas, amenity rooms, and lounges, etc.
Sweep, mop, dust, and vacuum as required by strata or management.
Maintain good housekeeping and general tidiness.
Sanitize all hightraffic touchpoints to ensure the health of all residents and staff
Manage a team of Cleaners and maintain daily team operations

You Have:

Previous residential/ strata cleaning experience is an asset but not required.
Customer serviceoriented.
Excellent work habits and organization skills.
Able to work with minimum supervision.
Good understanding of English.
Able to commute around Vancouver and surrounding areas.
