Job summary
I need a skilled freelancer to convert my detailed SketchUp models into clean, professional plan sets using SketchUp LayOut.This is ongoing work across kitchen remodels bathroom remodels basement remodels whole-house remodels
The plan sets must be suitable for client presentation construction/build coordination permit-style documentation PERMIT / CODE CONTEXT All plan sets are intended to be permit-ready for submittal in the United States.
I'm not looking for a code consultant or stamped design work — I need someone who can produce permit-style plan sets that follow typical US residential drafting conventions and are organized the way building departments expect.
Benefits
You will:- Convert my SketchUp models into an 18x24 plan set in SketchUp LayOut
- Create and manage viewports at correct scales
- Apply consistent dimensioning annotation and formatting standards
- Produce clean plans sections elevations details based on the model
- Perform light SketchUp cleanup as needed tags/scenes/view styles/section cuts
I do the modeling but I need help making the documentation workflow smooth.
