We are seeking CNC Operators to join our team

What we require:
  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing role, preferably with woodworking experience.
  • Proficiency in setting up and operating CNC woodworking machines for precise machining operations.

Specifically, experience with Shoda - Fanuc control, Onstrud - PC based, and Weeke - Preprinting PC based control.

  • Excellent attendance.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and engineering drawings to determine machining needs.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
  • Solid knowledge of SolidWorks software for CNC machine programming.
  • Monitoring machine operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Troubleshooting machine problems and performing maintenance.
  • Inspection of finished parts for quality standards.
  • Collaboration with team members to enhance processes.
Responsibilities:
  • Assembling customer kits.
  • Ensuring parts meet specific tolerances.
  • Measuring and marking part layouts accurately.
  • Using appropriate tools like tape measures, calipers, table saws, and more.
  • Applying adhesive to assemble parts.
  • Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment.
