We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant with a strong focus on customer service.

As an integral part of our organization you will provide support to our day-to-day operations ensuring smooth functioning of various administrative tasks while also delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties:

• Provide prompt and professional customer service, ensuring a positive customer experience at all times
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services
• Assist in managing the administrative needs of the company as required

• Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism

Job Types:

Contract length: 2 months

Part-time hours: 40-60 per week


Salary:
$21.00 per hour


Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed
