The Opportunity:

What You'll Do:

Responsible for maintaining a group of wedding groups across a fiscal year, with the expectation to provide individualized customer service to each bride, groom, and travel agent.
Responsible for maintaining a positive and trustworthy relationship with individual clients, showcasing the Blue Diamond planning experience.
Understanding clients' specific needs and developing a planning style to fit these needs.
Offering creative suggestions to fit with clients wedding questions and vision.
Balancing wedding budgets in Travelworks
Work with preferred vendors to book excursions, wedding amenities etc.
Travel to destination for regular site inspections of BD hotels.

What You'll Need:

Strong organizational and customer service skills.
Experience with Outlook, Excel, Travelworks.
Multitasking abilities and time management are critical.
Ability to work autonomously.
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work under pressure.
