The Opportunity:

Branksome Hall is seeking
twelve part-time Exam Proctors to invigilate exams for students in Grades 8 to 12.

Exam Proctors are responsible for the following:

Monitoring and providing exam materials to students, collecting and sorting exams upon completion, keeping track of time and any special requests (i.e. washroom visits);
Maintaining academic integrity by strictly adhering to the school's regulations, policies and procedures regarding exams;
Reporting any rule violations and/or unusual occurrences to the Head Proctor;
Preparing completed exams for pickup/delivery;
Any other duties assigned.

Position Parameters:

Exam Proctors are required for the the following exam dates:

March

10, 202

18, 202

June
June

15, 2023

Proctors are required from approximately 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. each day. In addition, Proctors are required to attend one training session, the date for which is still to be determined.
