AltaGas - Temporary Summer Relief Operator, Gordondale

We are currently seeking a Summer Relief Operator for our Gordondale Facility located near Dawson Creek, BC.

This position will work with our full-time operations staff to provide added support, ensuring operational activities are conducted in a safe and effective manner.

You Will:

Take Plant readings and perform equipment checks
Safety equipment checks
Assist Plant Operators in daily tasks such as locking out and purging equipment for maintenance, changing filters, and pigging pipelines.
Other duties as required

You Have:

Grade 12 education or equivalent
Minimum 4th Class Power Engineering certificate or working towards it
Ability to work under limited supervision
A positive attitude and desire to learn
Self starter, with a proactive approach
