Technical Skills/Competence

  • 5+ years' IT experience with a focus on driving productivity through business systems and information architecture preferably within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong work experience writing/editing complex Crystal Reports and SQL queries
  • Experience with SQL Server: SSRS, SSIS, SSAS
  • Working technical knowledge of SQL languages
  • Working knowledge of data modelling and data visualization BI tools
  • Advanced knowledge of building and maintaining reports and dashboards in Microsoft Power BI including DAX Queries
  • 3 + years of experience working with the support, implementation and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or other ERP system
  • Strong work experience with MS SharePoint, MS Power Apps and MS Power Automate
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to learn and train on variety of software
  • Previous experience developing and implementing successful business systems
  • Excellent communication, customer service and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of the team
  • Excellent understanding of IT service management
  • Excellent understanding of change and release management procedures
  • Ability to analyze, evaluate and define needs as well as to create and execute implementation test plans is essential
  • Knowledge of budget management and vendor management
  • Experience with API's and web services would be an asset
  • Perform cleanse, map and transform data to support integration initiatives

Job Types:

Salary:
$85,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
