Description

Carry out preventative maintenance and plumbing installations with specific responsibility for identifying repair and/or replacement needs; installing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading plumbing systems and equipment; assisting other skilled trades; and maintaining profitability for the company.

Requirements:

Minimum of 810 years of field experience.
Solid interpersonal and customer service abilities.
Must be strong on all facets of plumbing and mechanical repair and service, as well as exceptional troubleshooting, analytic and problemsolving skills.
Proficient in reading schematics and prints; detailed and selfmotivated.
Service and maintenance experience with the ability to use and understand electronic instruments for troubleshooting.
Personal hand tools.
Smartphone skills and ability to record data of work performed.
Ability to support 24hour emergency service for our clients (flexible oncall rotating schedule).

Preferred:

Industrial, office, warehouse, construction, and commercial kitchen experience.
Gas ticket.

Work Environment:

Both inside climatecontrolled work as well as outside conditions.
Ability to climb stairs, ladders, and scaffolds, bend, stoop, push, pull, reach, kneel.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time.
Must utilize safety equipment at all times.

Special Requirements:

Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays from time to time.
Must be able to provide documentation of prior experience having a background in working on Specific trade skills.
Must possess a current driver's license, and a clean driving record.
Subject to a background check prior to employment.
