    Job Opportunity

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced educator to join our team as a Salon Educator. As the District Educator, you will be responsible for planning and executing education programs to support the growth of Market Leader salons in British Columbia (50%) & Alberta (50%). Your key responsibilities include:

    • Involvement in prospecting and creation of proposals to secure new business opportunities.
    • Executing conversion training through to planning and executing annual education plans for Market Leader salons in assigned territory.

    We're looking for someone who is passionate about providing excellent service, has strong leadership skills, and can effectively communicate with salon owners and staff. If you have experience working in the beauty industry, we'd love to hear from you!
    - 5 years hairstyling experience.
    - Active Certificate or Qualification/Hairstyling license
    - Valid driver's license
