We are a reputable, long standing residential drywall contractor celebrating 32 years of service to Edmonton & area home builders.

We are looking to hire a fulltime Painting Manager to efficiently manage our painting division.

JOB SUMMARY:

RESPONSIBILITES:

Provide estimates from drawings and site visits
Hire, manage and negotiate with subcontract painters
Schedule work and complete quality control checks
Monitor and approve billings

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience and industry background essential
Valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract with at lease three years driving experience
Must be selfmanaged/directed
Must be comfortable with constant, ongoing communication with private customers, builders and subcontractors
Must have strong communication, organizational and time management skills

Salary:
$65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
