This permanent position is located at 8080 Nicklaus North Blvd. Whistler, BC, V8E 1J7,


WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO
Prepare and execute consistent and delectable dishes according to the highest standards of quality.
Ensure dishes are prepared in a timely manner and to Guest specifications.
Maintain ownership over your clean and organized station.
Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure we prepare food safely.
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
Organize and ensure buffets and banquets are prepared according to Guest needs.
Uphold strong health and safety practices for workplace and food safety.
Show your inspired upbeat attitude to foster teamwork with Back and Front of House Team Members.
Use your voice; we embrace new ideas.
Master new skills based on your own ambitions; we provide support for your personal and professional growth.


WHAT YOU BRING
2 to 4 years' experience in a culinary role. Banquet experience is an asset.
Food and beverage experience or background in the food and hospitality industry.
Education in cooking is an asset.
Detail orientation and a passion for creating delectable dishes.
Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to think fast and react quickly with a calm mind.
Multi-tasking proficiency and an effortless ability to prioritize.
Good English speaking and comprehension skills, as this is the primary language used at work.
Ability to work on a shift basis, including weekends, evenings and holidays.
