- At least years of experience in design, development, implementation and maintenance of large complex Adobe AEM applications, workflow processes and dynamic forms.
- At least years of experience in Adobe AEM integration with other systems such as Oracle Siebel, IBM Curam, JEE or other COTS systems.
- At least years of experience in Adobe LiveCycle products such as Form, Output, Reader Extension, Digital Signature, and Rights Management.
- Demonstrated experience with Adobe AEM enterprise technology, integration solutions, and solution methodologies. Technical Skills and Experience:
- Must have hands-on experience with n-tier web-based applications, Unix, Shell Scripting, Ant script, JavaScript, XML/XSD, XSL, HTML, and source code management tools like Subversion or Client.
- Execute tasks on XSLT/XQuery/XPath and transformation capabilities, hands-on experience with Oxygen XSLT IDE or any XSLT IDE for creating and debugging XSL
- Experience designing detailed functional and technical requirements for new and existing business solutions.
- Working knowledge in analyzing and designing changes to existing web-based software solutions
- Working knowledge of SDLC methodologies such as Agile development
- Demonstrated experience in and understanding of JEE architecture Soft Skills:
- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
- Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams.

- Displays problem-solving and analytical skills, using them to resolve technical problems Public sector Experience:
- Knowledge of OPS transfer payment policy and directive.
- Experience with Grants Management would be an asset. Must Haves:
